THIS BUILDING IS MULTI-TENANTED, SIX IN TOTAL, WITH NO RETAIL. IT IS POSITIONED IN CENTRAL LONDON, CLOSE TO BLACKFRIARS STATION.
WHEN WE TAKE ON NEW SITES, WE HAVE A VIGOROUS ACQUISITION PROCESS WHICH ALL MEMBERS OF THE MANAGEMENT TEAM IMPLEMENT. THIS IS TRACKED TILL COMPLETION. PART OF OUR MOBILISATION PROCESS INCLUDES REGULAR CLIENT MEETINGS, A SMOOTH TRANSITION TO TUPE STAFF, IMPLEMENTATION OF A NEW PPM SYSTEM ALIGNED TO SFG20, A FULL DILAPIDATION REPORT FOR 160 QVS TO REVIEW WITH EXPECTED PLANT LIFE CYCLE REPLACEMENT, FULL INTERNAL HEALTH & SAFETY AUDIT FOR IN HOUSE ENGINEERS AND ENERGY MANAGEMENT AND INNOVATION TO BE USED WHILE SOLVING ALL FUTURE MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ISSUES ON SITE.
